What you'd actually do

  1. Own growth strategy and execution by building and scaling playbooks across onboarding, launch, and ongoing performance.
  2. Design and test scrappy, high-impact growth initiatives that drive impact and performance beyond standard playbooks.
  3. Analyze merchant performance and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities, diagnose issues, and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives.
  4. Partner cross-functionally with Merchant Success, Marketing, Product, and Enablement to operationalize merchant growth, co-marketing, and in-app merchandising.
