This role focuses on ensuring compliance with government and company security regulations within Boeing's operations. Responsibilities include conducting compliance assessments, identifying deficiencies, assisting with administrative inquiries, managing communication security, protecting sensitive information, developing security programs, performing personnel security processes, conducting security awareness training, and assisting with physical security and sub-contractor management. The role requires experience with Industrial Security and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assists with Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
  2. Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action
  3. Assists with Administrative Inquiries (e.g., collects and analyzes data, writes reports and interviews) on personnel, processes and situations to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
  4. Assists with Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities (including inventory, distribution and destruction)
  5. Assists in the protection of government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures
