We are looking for an IT Associate to join our Warsaw team: someone eager to grow at the intersection of technology and business consulting. At BCG Platinion, you will support experienced consultants and architects in delivering digital transformation projects for leading global companies.
In practice, this means contributing to IT landscape analyses, architecture design, technology strategy, and helping clients leverage tools such as cloud computing, AI, microservices, and containerization to turn their digital visions into reality.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- First practical experience in IT consulting or a related area
- Familiarity with key concepts such as AI, machine learning, DevOps, agile, cyber resilience, and cloud technologies
- Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for tackling complex digital challenges
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and business audiences
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and international environments
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
