Associate Manager for Health Economics Market Access (HEMA) in Surgery for Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Taiwan. This role is responsible for enabling market access for new products, defining their value, and ensuring reimbursement and funding by all payers. It involves generating relevant evidence for Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and defining MedTech value from a multi-customer perspective, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Accountable to the APAC Surgery Business, a HEMA role will enable integrated market access planning for all Surgery MedTech platforms’ innovation and lifecycle technology management.
  2. This is an end-to-end responsibility involving global, regional and local market teams.
  3. Collaboration and planning are key to flawless execution; namely this will be in partnership with HEMA, Clinical, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Sales leaders and teams.
  4. Accountable to define evidence generation strategies that deliver relevant MedTech product aligned insights, inclusive of clinical and economic outcomes.
  5. The goals and objectives of this role is to guarantee payment with MedTech adoption across all health care systems.
