Associate Manager, Travel Trade Marketing for Disney Cruise Line, focusing on developing and launching trade engagement strategies for the introduction of the Disney Adventure ship in Southeast Asia. This 9-month contract role involves collaborating with sales teams, conceptualizing events, creating marketing collateral, and managing campaigns across various trade channels.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deploy strategic plans, developing and executing travel industry marketing strategies that achieve Disney Cruise line goals within Southeast Asia, and Rest of Asia (e.g. India, Japan, Korea, Thailand).
  2. Partner hand in hand with the Sales teams to understand the distinct needs of the trade.
  3. Collaborate closely with Sales to conceptualise and deliver key travel trade events, overseeing activation ideation, design and build, as well as the creation and review of marketing collaterals across pre-event, onsite and post-event phases.
  4. Develop, plan and launch market relevant trade marketing programs to drive awareness, understanding and conversion.
  5. Ensure comprehensive delivery across traditional trade channels as well as online to develop support plans for each providers distinct needs.
