What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct weekly 1:1s with direct reports to provide coaching, accountability, and support.
  2. Conduct monthly budget audits (actuals vs. forecast) to ensure financial discipline.
  3. Serve as Crisis Management point of contact for the People team.
  4. Act as liaison between Workplace Leads and key partners including Physical Security, EAs, Employee Experience, Finance, and Facilities.
  5. Offices operate consistently and compliantly across locations.
