Associate, Marketing

This role is for a Marketing Associate at Deloitte, focusing on executing marketing programs and initiatives within the government marketplace. Responsibilities include supporting strategic marketing plans, coordinating content development, managing website updates, and assisting with marketing campaigns and events. The role requires strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, with a focus on execution and coordination.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the execution of strategic marketing plans that help position Deloitte in the government marketplace, including thought leadership, events, and omnichannel campaigns.
  2. Coordinate content planning and support the development, drafting, and review of marketing content for web, email, social, and collateral channels.
  3. Manage updates to Deloitte’s external website and support featured content publishing to drive engagement.
  4. Support paid and organic marketing campaigns by coordinating with internal stakeholders, tracking timelines, and assisting with launch, measurement, and optimization activities.
  5. Support marketplace event project management, stakeholder coordination, and prioritization of high-priority marketing initiatives, while escalating risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another field
  • 1+ years of post-college experience in marketing or communications
  • 1+ years of experience supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and programs
  • 1+ years of experience with marketing fundamentals, including content marketing, audience segmentation, or search engine optimization
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
