What you'd actually do

  1. Support development and execution of product and portfolio strategies for CMFT devices and instrumentation in the US.
  2. Collect and synthesize market, customer, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and product decisions.
  3. Build and execute launch plans, promotional messaging, clinical evidence summaries, and sales enablement materials.
  4. Create and maintain training tools, procedural guides, presentations, case studies, and digital assets for field sales and clinical specialists.
  5. Ensure promotional and educational materials adhere to Johnson & Johnson policies and applicable regulatory/ethical guidelines.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of product or marketing experience in medical devices, preferably in orthopedics, CMF, Thoracic or trauma.
  • Familiarity with surgical workflows and the OR environment; experience engaging surgeons and clinical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical capability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 20–40%, depending on product and launch activities).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or clinical background (RN, surgical tech, biomedical).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches and surgeon education programs.
  • Knowledge of US healthcare payer landscape and reimbursement coding relevant to CMF/trauma procedures.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
