What you'd actually do

  1. Develop deep expertise in DoorDash Marketplace Quality processes and translate them into clear, structured, and scalable content
  2. Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, process guides, and internal resources that support Marketplace Quality initiatives
  3. Partner with internal teams to ensure content reflects upstream and downstream impacts across workflows
  4. Develop subject matter expertise in Identity Verification workflows and related problem spaces, and communicate best practices through written materials
  5. Support high-impact projects by defining goals, documenting outcomes, and communicating progress to leadership and partners

Skills

Required

  • Experience supporting or leading projects with a strong focus on documentation, communication, or content creation
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Comfortable presenting information and narratives to leadership audiences
  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce and Google Sheets to support content or operational workflows
  • Experience working with data or insights to inform decisions and storytelling
  • Experience working in Fraud, Risk, Legal, or Trust & Safety environments and can communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and communicating insights through written or visual content
