Associate Partner Development Manager to execute on partnership pipeline for AI builders and developer tools, working with growth, success, and marketing teams to assess and execute partnership opportunities. Monitor trends in AI-assisted development and identify new ecosystem opportunities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively engage with builders and platforms using Supabase—especially within modern “vibe coding” environments.
  2. Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales) to help execute a pipeline of partnership opportunities.
  3. Manage onboarded partners, providing co-marketing support to help increase adoption.
  4. Monitor trends across AI-assisted development, open-source infrastructure, and developer workflows to identify new ecosystem opportunities.
  5. Help grow Supabase’s presence within next-generation coding platforms by building relationships with founders, developers, and platform teams.

Skills

Required

  • Recent MBA graduate or 2–5 years of professional work experience (e.g., junior associate in VC, consulting, or business development).
  • Familiarity with open-source technologies, SaaS models, or developer ecosystems.
  • Experience with market research, strategic analysis, or partnership development, ideally within the open-source space.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify trends and assess business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present findings clearly.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing projects independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience building side projects or prototypes using Supabase in conjunction with AI-powered tools (e.g., Lovable, Bolt, Figma, v0, etc.).
  • Familiarity with open-source communities or developer GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.
  • Internship or early experience at a startup, VC firm, or developer tooling company.
  • Exposure to AI/LLM-powered developer tools and workflows.
