What you'd actually do

  1. Execute campaign strategy and testing, including: ad copy, landing page, audience, and channel expansion testing
  2. Monitor Paid Marketing trends and generate insights to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and optimization
  3. Daily management of paid campaigns from planning & execution to analysis and reporting
  4. Carry out campaign management tasks including: strategy, optimization, budget control and forecasting
  5. Analyze, interpret, and share campaign results, disseminate learnings, identify opportunities, and propose recommendations to improve future campaign performance

Skills

Required

  • Paid Search Engine Marketing marketing, planning and implementing SEM strategies utilizing Google and Microsoft Ad platforms
  • Analyzing and evaluating campaign performance
  • Self-starter, strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new digital marketing and SEM specific technology tools
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
  • Ability to work with high-performing team mates, as well as partners across the enterprise

Nice to have

  • Bachelors’ degree
  • At least 1 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing and Programmatic Marketing with responsibilities overseeing high volume and multi-million dollar media budgets
  • SA360, DV360, and CM360 certified
  • Experience in other channels including: Social, and SEO
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience using SEM Rush, SQL, Looker, or equivalent tools
