Associate Policy Support Specialist

This role supports Spotify's Trust & Safety team by reviewing reported content, handling escalations, and analyzing operational data to identify risks and improve enforcement processes. The role also involves contributing ideas for integrating AI and automation to enhance moderation quality and scalability.

What you'd actually do

  1. Review reported content and conduct timely, objective investigations to ensure it aligns with Spotify’s policies
  2. Triage and manage high-priority or sensitive escalations, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive resolution
  3. Support vendor partners and operations teams by providing clear enforcement guidance and contributing to training efforts
  4. Partner with policy and cross-functional teams to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and address root causes of complex cases
  5. Analyze operational data and trends to identify risks and recommend improvements to enforcement processes

Skills

Required

  • Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or a related operations environment
  • Experience reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content
  • Ability to manage queues and handle cases using case management or ticketing systems
  • Experience handling urgent, high-priority cases and driving them through to resolution
  • Ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills
  • Organization, detail-orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptability in an evolving operational landscape
  • Proficiency in English

  • Additional Southeast Asian language skills
