What you'd actually do

  1. Manage improvement of business processes by defining and implementing process improvement agendas, driving efficiencies, and using data to create better experiences for our customers
  2. Leverage your process knowledge and stakeholder collaboration to measurably improve outcomes by helping to launch exciting projects such as; new product, digital features, automation and digital transformation
  3. Collaborate with various departments (such as our agile software studio and our data scientist team) to develop and execute effective and efficient processes
  4. Apply leadership skills such as communication and change management to help drive key priorities like product launches, technology changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
  5. Use a variety of techniques and tools to define, manage and improve processes, like Visual Management, Business Process Management, Lean, and Six Sigma

Skills

Required

  • undergraduate degree or Masters’ programs from an accredited University
