What you'd actually do

  1. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
  2. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports.
  3. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  4. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
  5. Work in multiple different areas of job duties

Skills

Required

  • 1 year of related experience in logistics (or related field) with a Bachelors, 3+ years with associate's degree or appropriate Military Occupational Specialty in logistics (or related field). Will also consider 5 years with experience without a degree.
  • In-depth understanding of scheduling multiple assets and timelines
  • Ability to solve real world complex scheduling problems
  • Understanding of how to operate Microsoft Office software and associated Windows applications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required DoD Secret Clearance for this role
  • Ability to work any shift
  • Ability to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia
