Associate Project Management Specialist (Project Planner Scheduler) for Vertical Lift programs, focusing on developing, baselining, and analyzing Master Production Schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring DFAR compliance. What you'd actually do

  1. Supports the development, coordination, integration, analysis, and maintenance of production schedules to meet program and/or project requirements
  2. Assists in the development of proposal production schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, integrates work statements, and documents assumptions
  3. Identifies and reports aircraft and end item delivery performance variances and opportunities to mitigate risks
  4. Supports development of Master Production Schedules, data, and metrics
  5. Supports change incorporation and detail commitment schedules related to production scheduling products. Participates in the review of proposed changes to the Master Production Schedule

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years' experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines
  • 1+ years' experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • 1+ years of experience with utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing workflows
  • Holds an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
