This role is for an Associate/Senior AI Product Manager/Owner focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related GTM technologies. The primary responsibility is to lead product strategy, roadmap creation, and execution for clients undergoing digital transformation with Salesforce as the platform. The role involves identifying high-value use cases, defining and optimizing technical use cases, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, and driving measurable business impact through KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention, and ROI. While the company is BCG X and operates in the AI/tech space, the core of this role is product management and Salesforce implementation, not direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be the authority within a multi-disciplinary team to determine the optimal strategy to identify highest value use cases to unlock GTM across Marketing, Sales, and Service
  2. Lead roadmap creation, strategy, execution, and optimization for clients around digital transformation with SFDC as a platform
  3. Own multi-channel growth strategy based on marketing, sales, pricing, and digital self-service
  4. Define, execute, analyze, and optimize sophisticated Salesforce technical use case focused on pilot to scale mapping to quantitative impact
  5. Collaborate with X and core leadership to drive execution and implementation of identified use cases and roadmap

Skills

Required

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Revenue Cloud
  • Experience as a product owner delivering solutions in B2B Sales (Campaign to Cash, Sales Enablement, Sales Automation)
  • Familiarity with Sales Technologies (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, SalesLoft)
  • Experience with BI, Analytic & Recommendation Technologies (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, CRM Analytics, Python)
  • Understanding of core B2B Sales Models and Digital Engagement Channels
  • Experience engaging with and driving consensus across business and IT stakeholders
  • 2 - 6 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or a relevant functional role
  • Expert knowledge of CRM adjacent tools like 3rd party applications, managed packages
  • Proven ability to evaluate business and technical trade-offs
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to establish a clear vision and strategy for CRM modernization
  • Experience defining business goals, user needs, and market demands
  • Experience collaborating with development teams, serving as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Understanding of business outcomes and associated KPIs
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Previous sales, marketing, or service delivery experience focused on user acquisition, retention and other growth levers
  • Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills
