What you'd actually do

  1. support our global sales team by providing technical and functional support on their key opportunities
  2. provide the technical support to rapidly understand their requirements and demonstrate how Zendesk will meet them
  3. manage and delivering technical information, via remote calls and video conferences
  4. support the technical relationship with our prospects to drive customer satisfaction

Skills

Required

  • 2-5 years of related experience
  • appetite for presales
  • excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
  • bilingual proficiency in English and German
  • problem-solving skills
  • ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with AI tools such as LLMs and agents
  • Experience working in or with Call Centers, including an understanding of key metrics and best practices
