This role is for an Associate Strategic Account Development Executive focused on selling the DoorDash Commerce Platform to merchants. What you'd actually do

  1. Run a complete, fast-paced sales cycle, from cold outreach through signed contract and handoff to Implementation.
  2. Drive high-volume pipeline management across a large book of SMB accounts.
  3. Conduct virtual discovery, demos, and product recommendations tailored to merchant needs.
  4. Educate merchants on key components of the DoorDash Commerce Platform, including POS integrations, ordering channels, loyalty features, and data insights.
  5. Address technical and operational objections (e.g., integration capabilities, resource constraints, competing priorities).
