What you'd actually do

  1. Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions
  2. Coordinate the activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g. AOG)
  3. Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution
  4. Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objective
  5. Delegates tasks to manage workload

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support
  • Willing to work variable shifts; including days, evenings, nights and weekends

Nice to have

  • Experience in aerospace support, supply chain management, & logistics planning
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP and/or Salesforce
  • Basic proficiency in aerospace industry knowledge
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Basic technical and engineering background
  • Experience implementing process improvements and an applied understanding of Lean practices (e.g. Six Sigma)
  • Must be proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Must have experience applying effective verbal and written communications skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proof reading and editing skills
  • Ability to travel 10% as needed
