  3. Conduct templatized Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for key workflows.
  4. Drive adoption of ClickUp AI and deploy simple Agents tied to customer use cases.
  5. Serve as the partner to small sales assisted accounts, connecting adoption to business value.
