Associate Veterinarian – Salt Lake City & Herriman, UT $160,000–$200,000 Base Salary + other compensation opportunities

What You’ll Do
· Practice high-quality GP medicine (exams, surgery, dentistry)
· Build meaningful relationships with pet parents · Deliver thoughtful, patient-first care—without being rushed · Collaborate with a strong, well-trained clinical team
What You Won’t Deal With · Consistently understaffed shifts · Outdated systems slowing you down · Assembly-line medicine
What You Bring · DVM/VMD (or equivalent) · Active license (or ability to obtain in Utah) · GP experience with confidence in surgery and medicine · Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset · A desire to practice better medicine in a better-supported environment
