What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end delivery of Risk Initiatives aligned to broader Team objectives.
  2. Design, maintain, and update risk mitigation policies and controls across all customer interactions — onboarding journey, credit and fraud underwriting, and customer lifecycle management
  3. Create and own a lending portfolio governance framework, including data models and reports, leveraging SQL, Python, Excel, and dashboarding tools
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and propose solutions, maintaining risk appetite and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
  5. Communicate complex operational findings and strategic recommendations clearly to a variety of internal and external audiences, including senior leadership
