This role is for an ATTR-Medical Information Communication Specialist in Wuhan, China, reporting to the Regional Medical Information Communication Manager. The primary responsibilities include academic promotion of products and professional customer support within a designated region. This involves visiting customers to communicate product information, organizing academic promotion events, collecting and analyzing market feedback, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a university degree (associate's or above) in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences, proficiency in MS Office, good English, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. A critical aspect is strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including FCPA and Chinese anti-corruption laws, ensuring all work is conducted with integrity and compliance.

What you'd actually do

  1. In the guidance of company policies and procedures, provide timely and accurate professional support to customers and establish partnerships.
  2. Under the guidance of company policies and procedures, fully utilize resources to conduct effective customer visits and achieve work objectives.
  3. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of company policies and procedures.
  4. Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments, identify and promote various cooperation opportunities.

Skills

Required
