This role produces and creates native social content for MSN social channels, aiming to drive audiences to MSN content and CoPilot. It involves editing and creating video and graphics, developing social publishing strategies, and experimenting with content formats and trends.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create and publish MSN content across MSN socials with a focus on editorial accuracy, audience growth, and creative native social content.
  2. Create, produce and edit native vertical social video.
  3. Create, produce and edit native social graphics.
  4. Oversee and executive a social publishing strategy across legacy social to drive referrals and audience to MSN content.
  5. Work with the Senior Social and Creative Lead on social series and innovative social storytelling formats on TikTok and Instagram.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience

  • A proven track record of producing and creating native social content and optimizing content for TikTok and Instagram.
  • A proven track record of scaling and growing new and younger audiences.
  • Experience in a newsroom environment, distributing news and information content across social at scale.
  • Manage multiple projects and communication between stakeholders, simultaneously, with tight deadlines
  • Proven editorial judgement, writing and copy editing.
