Advanced experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs, Build, Cost Management, Revit Cloud Worksharing, Forms, Templates & Libraries, etc.)
Strong understanding of project workflows in construction environments
Proven ability to configure Autodesk tools across multiple programs and project types
Experience building training programs and user support resources
Comfort with low-code tools and automation platforms (e.g. ACC Forms, Power Automate, Airtable, Jira etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify process gaps, and implement improvements
Familiarity with data integration concepts and system interoperability

Role Summary We are seeking an Autodesk Systems & Design Technology Manager to lead the configuration, support, and scalability of our Autodesk ecosystem. Distinct from a traditional BIM Coordinator role, this position moves beyond project-level model management to focus on the broader digital infrastructure—specifically Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)—that empowers our design and construction teams. In this capacity, you will leverage your background in construction or design technology to act as a system owner rather than an end-user. Your mission is to architect the environments, workflows, and integrations that enable our engineers and project managers to deliver their best work. This includes a strategic focus on modernization, where you will implement AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows to automate complex tasks and ensure our platform scales efficiently with our growing portfolio. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
