Lead a new Automation Infrastructure team focused on building scalable frameworks, tools, services, and reporting capabilities for QA automation engineers and developers. This role involves owning the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for cross-product automation, enabling self-service capabilities, and improving test execution reliability and visibility.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish and lead a new Automation Infrastructure team.
  2. Own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for cross-product automation frameworks, shared libraries, execution platforms, reporting systems, and self-service capabilities.
  3. Design and build scalable automation infrastructure used across multiple products, teams, environments, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
  4. Enable QA automation engineers and developers with reusable components, templates, tools, dashboards, CI/CD integrations, and best practices.
  5. Improve test execution reliability, reduce flakiness, shorten feedback loops, and increase confidence in automation results.
