Automation Scientist, Pharmacokinetics

Seeking a bioanalytical scientist with experience in automation and operational support for regulated bioanalytical labs conducting biotherapeutics analysis in drug development studies. The role involves designing, planning, and utilizing automation methods for assay development, validation, and sample analysis. Collaboration with team members to operate and troubleshoot automated lab equipment and systems is key, along with managing data integrity through automated processes and supporting data delivery to collaborators. The role also involves identifying, evaluating, and recommending novel automation and assay strategies, including machine learning and artificial intelligence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist in establishing and managing bioanalytical lab operations, including lab automation, analytical instrumentation, and data handling.
  2. Contribute to the development, validation and implementation of novel automated workflows.
  3. Work collaboratively with department members to operate and troubleshoot automated laboratory equipment and systems in support of various bioanalytical assays within our Company's pipeline.
  4. Manage data integrity through automated processes.
  5. Support timely delivery of high-quality quantitative data to cross-functional collaborators for bioanalytical analysis.
