Automation Strategist (customer Success)

This role is for an Automation Strategist within the Customer Success organization, focusing on enterprise customers. The strategist will advise customers on automation and AI strategies, identify and deploy high-value use cases, and guide them towards AI-enabled transformation. The role involves strategic advisory, orchestration design, and relationship management, moving beyond traditional customer success to focus on consulting and systems thinking.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build deep relationships that uncover goals, challenges, and priorities.
  2. Advise on automation governance, best practices, and cross-functional program structure, process and design.
  3. Help customers set goals and adopt AI-orchestrated processes across lines of business.
  4. Identify impactful automation opportunities through exec alignment, influencer mapping, and citizen-developer input.
  5. Work with customer stakeholders, SAs and TAMs to co-design implementation patterns that ensure scalability and long-term success.
