What you'd actually do

  1. Design and implement driver training programs covering safety protocols, on-road procedures, and AV-specific operational guidelines.
  2. Conduct pre-drive certifications for new drivers and regular re-evaluations to maintain standards.
  3. Provide in-car coaching and real-time feedback to drivers during their training period.
  4. Identify knowledge and skill gaps across the driver team and develop training materials for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with Fleet Specialists and Operations teams to update training programs based on evolving operational requirements.
