Lead and develop a multidisciplinary environment of highly qualified data engineers at bachelor and master level. The department works within data engineering, advanced data analysis, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital work processes. The department also helps other departments at the facility to adapt their work processes in a more cost-effective way.

What you'd actually do

  1. Personal- and professional leadership of the department for digital analysis and data solutions
  2. Further develop and implement strategies for data, analysis, AI and digital work processes
  3. Ensure robust operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of digital solutions
  4. Collaborate closely with automation, IT/OT, production, quality and global GEHC environments
  5. Contribute to increased efficiency, quality and competitiveness through data-driven improvement

Skills

Required

  • Higher education in computer technology, computer science, IT, AI, industrial digitalization or equivalent
  • Experience with leadership of technological or data-driven professional environments
  • Good understanding of data architecture, analysis platforms and AI solutions
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Good communication skills in Norwegian and English

Nice to have

  • Experience from industrial operations and/or regulated environments
