What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute comprehensive customer strategies (acquisition, retention, and lifetime value) based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
  2. Monitor customer health, engagement, and segmentation to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Optimize onboarding and customer lifecycle processes to reduce churn and increase brand loyalty.
  4. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align offers, customer messaging, product adoption, and user experience.
  5. Lead a customer success team to execute initiatives and track performance metrics.
