Product Manager for GenAI-powered troubleshooting experiences within AWS Support. The role involves owning product strategy, defining requirements, and collaborating with engineering teams to build AI-driven solutions for customer issue resolution. What you'd actually do

  1. own the product strategy and execution for GenAI-powered troubleshooting experiences that help AWS customers resolve issues faster and more independently.
  2. define how we bring AI-driven diagnostics and resolution capabilities to market both directly to customers and through our partner ecosystem (MSPs, ISVs, and consulting partners).
  3. deeply understand their operational pain points and translate those into product requirements that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, time-to-resolution, and service adoption.
  4. work at the intersection of GenAI and Cloud Operations, collaborating with engineering teams to build platforms that help solve customer issues.
  5. define the roadmap, influence cross-functional priorities, and deliver capabilities that accelerate customer and partner success with GenAI workloads on AWS.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
