AWS Sr. Sales Manager for Retail & CPG in Brazil, leading a team to drive revenue growth and cloud adoption, with a focus on AI-first strategies including Generative AI and Agents. Responsible for C-suite engagement, strategic account planning, and fostering customer relationships.

What you'd actually do

  1. This role includes line management responsibility for a team of Senior Account Managers covering Brazil's largest Retail & CPG enterprises.
  2. Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans, working backwards from customer business priorities to identify and accelerate cloud migration, AI/ML adoption, omnichannel transformation, and supply chain optimization opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain trusted relationships at the C-level and board level within customer organizations, articulating a clear vision for cloud-enabled business transformation and generating enthusiasm across all business units.
  4. Work with all appropriate AWS resources — including Executives, Solutions Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, AWS Professional Services, and Global Service teams.
  5. Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market planning in alignment with AWS Brazil and global Retail & CPG strategies.
