This role is for a B2B Growth Marketer in Switzerland, responsible for building and scaling demand generation for ElevenLabs. The focus is on generating enterprise pipeline, growing brand awareness with technical buyers, and creating benchmark B2B marketing programs in the AI space. The role involves building integrated campaigns, adapting global strategies for the Swiss market, and partnering with sales and product teams to drive pipeline generation and measure performance.

  2. Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound - choosing the right channel for the problem rather than owning a single function.
  3. Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Swiss market, and feed local insights (buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, regulatory context) back to the global team.
  4. Partner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.
  5. Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve what works.
