This role is for a B2B Growth Marketer responsible for accelerating the company's B2B footprint in Oceania (ANZ markets). The marketer will own the full funnel from lead generation to conversion, including outbound sequences, event execution, performance analysis, content creation, and vendor management. The role requires an 'owner' mentality, entrepreneurial drive, comfort with a fast-paced environment, broad marketing skills, bias for action, and strategic instincts. Bonus experience includes B2B SaaS marketing, SEO, content strategy, design skills, and AI-native workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the Oceania B2B growth strategy and partially tackle the ANZ markets, owning the pipeline target from lead gen to conversion.
  2. Set up, manage, and optimize complex outbound sequences to reach enterprise decision-makers.
  3. Organize high-impact events, webinars, and trade shows from start to finish.
  4. Work closely with the performance team on retargeting and ABM, while being comfortable diving deep into the numbers to analyze what’s working.
  5. Craft compelling sales collateral, thought leadership content, and messaging tailored to the regional tech landscape.
