Seeking an experienced APAC B2B Marketing Lead to drive OpenAI's enterprise and B2B marketing strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. This role will shape and execute integrated B2B marketing initiatives to support enterprise adoption, partner-led growth, and developer-adjacent business audiences. Responsibilities include leading strategy development, driving full-funnel programs, partnering with GTM teams, and establishing regional marketing operating rhythms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the development and execution of APAC B2B marketing strategy, aligned with global priorities and regional GTM objectives.
  2. Drive full-funnel B2B marketing programs across field, content, customer marketing, events, and partner marketing.
  3. Partner closely with GTM, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Comms, and Global Affairs to deliver integrated programs that support enterprise adoption and pipeline growth.
  4. Translate global B2B narratives and launches into regionally relevant, market-specific execution across priority APAC markets (e.g., India, Korea, Japan, ANZ, Southeast Asia).
  5. Establish strong regional marketing operating rhythms, including planning cycles, agency management, budget oversight, performance measurement, and reporting.
