This role is for a B2B marketer focused on building partner marketing and customer advocacy for ElevenAgents, an AI platform for voice and chat agents. The marketer will develop programs to leverage customer and partner relationships to drive business growth, requiring strong storytelling, advocacy building, and measurement skills. Experience in AI agents, contact center tech, or developer tooling is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. We're hiring a B2B marketer to build the partner marketing and customer advocacy motion for ElevenAgents, our platform for deploying voice and chat agents at enterprise scale.
  2. One week you might be running a joint program with a technology partner at CCW, drawing on a shared MDF budget.
  3. Next, you're turning a customer's deployment into a case study that moves the next deal forward.
  4. You'll build programs that give customers and partners a reason to publicly champion ElevenLabs - from the people using the product every day to the executives signing the checks.
  5. The goal is to 11x the return we get from our partner and customer relationships.

Skills

Required

  • Have run partner co-marketing and/or customer advocacy programs at a high-growth B2B company, and know what moved the needle.
  • Are a natural storyteller and strong writer who can shape narratives for any audience, from a case study to a conference keynote.
  • Understand what it takes to build genuine advocacy at enterprise scale - identifying the right customers and partners, earning their trust, and making it easy for them to say yes.
  • Can measure what you build and communicate results clearly to leadership.
  • Work well without much process - this role is being built from scratch, and needs someone who sets their own priorities and moves fast.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing AI agents, contact center technology, or developer tooling.
