B2b Sales Account Executive - Fiber

This role is for a B2B Sales Account Executive focused on selling AT&T's fiber-based broadband network and mobility solutions to small and mid-market businesses. The primary responsibility is generating new revenue through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building. Success relies on independent lead generation via external networks, cold calling, and door knocking, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions. The compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.

What you'd actually do

  1. Actively hunt for new leads within your assigned territory through external networks and cold calling, meeting or exceeding weekly quotas for cold calls and door knocks.
  2. Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers. Present tailored growth opportunities and efficiencies to both current and potential clients.
  3. Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.
  4. Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections, identify key trends, uncover customer needs, and leverage industry knowledge to find and close sales opportunities.
  5. Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present products and services that can benefit customers.
