B2B Sales Account Executive Mobility role focused on selling AT&T's mobility solutions to small and mid-market businesses. Responsibilities include lead generation, client engagement, account development, consultative selling, proposal development, and strategic initiatives to grow revenue. Requires a hunter mindset, networking and negotiation skills, a valid driver's license, and demonstrated ability to meet sales targets. Prior outside sales/B2B sales experience and knowledge of mobility products/services are preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Actively hunt for new leads within your assigned territory through external networks and cold calling, meeting or exceeding weekly quotas for cold calls and door knocks.
  2. Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers. Present tailored growth opportunities and efficiencies to both current and potential clients.
  3. Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.
  4. Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections, identify key trends, uncover customer needs, and leverage industry knowledge to find and close sales opportunities.
  5. Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present products and services that can benefit customers.
