This role is responsible for academic promotion of products and professional support for customers within a designated region, under the leadership of a regional manager. Key tasks include visiting customers to communicate product information, organizing academic promotion events, collecting and analyzing market feedback, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (medicine, pharmacy, life sciences preferred), proficiency in MS Office, good English, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. A strong emphasis is placed on integrity and strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including FCPA and Chinese anti-corruption laws.

What you'd actually do

  1. In accordance with company policies and procedures, provide timely and accurate professional support to customers and establish partnerships.
  2. Fully utilize resources for effective customer visits in accordance with company policies and procedures, and achieve work objectives.
  3. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners in other departments, and identify and promote cooperation opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields preferred.
