Medical Information Communication Specialist in Guangzhou, China, responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support within their assigned region, reporting to the Regional Medical Information Communication Manager. Key tasks include providing accurate professional support, effective customer visits, organizing academic promotion events, collecting and analyzing market feedback, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Requires a college degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to compliance with company policies, industry standards, and anti-corruption laws.

What you'd actually do

  1. In the guidance of the company's policies and procedures, provide timely and accurate professional support to customers and establish partnerships.
  2. Under the guidance of the company's policies and procedures, make effective customer visits utilizing resources to achieve work objectives.
  3. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of the company's policies and procedures.
  4. Collect market and customer feedback information through the company's management system and other compliant channels and methods, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments, identify and promote various cooperation opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • College degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields preferred.
