Banking Relationship Manager

Brex is seeking a Banking Relationship Manager to drive net-new revenue by optimizing customer adoption of their business account suite, including checking, treasury, and sweep products, to increase total Assets Under Management (AUM). This foundational role involves partnering with founders and finance executives across various company sizes, from startups to enterprise clients, to upsell financial products and become trusted account advisors.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with existing card only customers to upsell our business account suite of products (checking/treasury/sweep)
  2. Assist in creating Security Account Control Agreements (SACA) or Cash Covenants to provide higher credit limits to our customers
  3. Become trusted account advisors by managing accounts and being strategic in both inbound and outbound sales
  4. Engage with businesses at all points of the sales cycle - including prospecting, product demonstrations, onboarding, and closing
  5. Develop strategic plans with cross-functional team members to drive adoption of our products, more AUM, and higher revenue for the company

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience in financial services, fintech, or with early stage companies
  • Excellent communication skills to drive conversations with Executive C-Suite decision makers
  • Experience carrying quota and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
  • B.A or B.S degree from a 4-year university

Nice to have

  • Series 7 & 63 license (active or able to be re-activated)
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.
