This role focuses on managing and monitoring vendor and internal team processes within the bankruptcy domain. It involves recommending and implementing process changes, providing training, and supporting a team of coordinators and management. The role emphasizes ensuring compliance, risk management, and continuous process improvement for customer experiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as primary support for our Bankruptcy process monitoring and leadership team
  2. Provide training/presentations within the team and to the management team regarding daily functions, issue remediation efforts and other various topics
  3. Able to work both independently and collaboratively through projects and day to day functions
  4. Understand how operations in the bankruptcy world works and be able to support the business with daily reporting
  5. Assist manager with data gathering and ad-hoc analysis

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • 3 years Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • 2 years of Bankruptcy experience
  • 1 year of Process Management experience
  • 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Nice to have

  • 3 years of Bankruptcy experience
  • 2 years of experience in Excel or Tableau
  • 2 years of Risk Management experience
