Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above, specializing in electrochemistry, materials, or other related fields
  • Above 6 years of related working experience
  • Proficient in the application characteristics of mainstream cell systems such as ternary and lithium iron phosphate (including lifespan, rate performance, temperature characteristics, safety boundaries, and failure mechanisms)
  • Familiar with power battery operating conditions in vehicles, cell and BMS strategies, thermal management, and the matching logic of Pack structures
  • Skilled in benchmarking, selection, validation planning, and risk assessment for battery cells, capable of independently delivering selection plans and technical reports
  • Rich experience in failure analysis and problem-solving for battery cells at the vehicle level, as well as technical negotiations and rectifications with suppliers
  • Well-versed in automotive industry development processes such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA, and familiar with national and corporate standards for battery cell testing and validation
  • Clear logical thinking and deep technical expertise, able to independently make technical decisions for multiple projects related to battery cells
  • Strong ability to drive cross-department collaboration and interface with suppliers on technical matters
