The Medical Information Communication Specialist, under the leadership of the Regional Medical Information Communication Manager, is responsible for academic promotion and professional customer support for oncology products within their designated region. This includes visiting customers to deliver/communicate/feedback information on oncology drugs and organizing academic promotion activities for oncology products, ultimately achieving work objectives (including but not limited to comprehensive assessments of professional skills, behavior, compliance, and performance).

  1. In accordance with company policies and procedures, provide timely and accurate professional support to customers and establish partnerships.
  2. Fully utilize resources for effective customer visits in accordance with company policies and procedures to achieve work objectives.
  3. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Collect, analyze, feedback, and provide suggestions on market and customer information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments to identify and promote various cooperation opportunities.
