**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Non-Destructive Evaluation & Measurement (NDE&M)Senior Manager (Level L) to join the BCA Engineering Materials & Processes (M&P) organization. This Senior Manager will lead the **NDE/M team across Tukwila, WA and **North Charleston, SC. **The selected candidate will be required to travel between both sites approximately 20% of the time.

Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the BCA Program M&P Teams, Quality, Quality Engineering, MATES and Production Engineering 3DM on Top priorities, RIO management, and technology insertions
- Ensures the NDE/M M&P team is meeting commitments on technology development development, manufacturing technology reviews, liaison support, qualifications, and supply chain activities
- Leads NDE/M M&P people development strategy and responsible for leading first level managers
- Manages and executes to budget, staffing, and metrics that evaluate the health of the business
- Inspires and empowers the team through collaboration, communication, and caring
- Builds and nurtures a welcoming culture by seeking different perspectives, speaking up, and actively listening to teammates and stakeholders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- 1+ years of experience in Materials & Processing Engineering
- Experience working in BCA production systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in Non-destructive Evaluation & Measurement technologies
- Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees
- Strong communication skills and working directly with executives or senior leaders
- Ability to adapt to a changing statement of work
- Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

- Summary pay range for Sr Manager (level L): $176,800 - $239,200
