This role is for a Medical Information Communication Specialist at Pfizer in Wuhan, China. The role is focused on sales and product promotion within the healthcare domain.

What you'd actually do

  1. In the guidance and coaching of the Regional Medical Information Communication Manager, responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support within the designated region, such as visiting customers to deliver/communicate/feedback drug information, and holding product academic promotion activities, thereby achieving work goals (including but not limited to comprehensive assessment goals for professional skills, behavior, compliance, and performance).
  2. Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under the guidance of company policies and procedures, and establish partnerships.
  3. Make effective customer visits utilizing resources under the guidance of company policies and procedures to achieve work goals.
  4. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of the supervisor.
  5. Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.

Skills

Required

  • University degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good English.
