Adobe is seeking a BDR Enablement Manager for APAC to design and deliver high-impact onboarding and enablement programs for Business Development Representatives. The role focuses on helping early-career sellers ramp quickly, perform consistently, and contribute meaningful pipeline. Responsibilities include designing onboarding programs, providing sales skills development and coaching, and optimizing the use of BDR tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales training or enablement, strong communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, implement, and continuously improve a structured onboarding program for BDRs across the region.
  2. Develop and deliver sales skills enablement aligned to Adobe’s enterprise sales strategy and BDR methodology.
  3. Drive enablement and adoption of BDR prospecting and sales tools, ensuring alignment with processes and best practices.
