Benefits and Retirement Specialist Fixed Contract

This role supports HR Global Operations, specifically focusing on benefits and retirement programs for the Great America Region. Responsibilities include executing processes, providing employee support, collaborating with program offices, generating reports, resolving discrepancies, supporting payments, and improving process quality and efficiency. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-service mindset and adaptability.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute benefits and retirement processes for the Great America Region
  2. Provide expert support and solutions for employee inquiries
  3. Collaborate with Program Offices to enhance program design and employee experience
  4. Generate complex reports and resolve system discrepancies
  5. Support payments and Purchase Order submission

Skills

Required

  • Advanced English
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Phycology or related
  • 3+ years of related work experience in human resources support or benefit program administration or related
  • Microsoft Excel skills

  • Automation experience (RPA, RDA)
