Flock is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of its global benefits programs. This role, reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, is responsible for managing benefits programs to deliver a high-quality employee experience while maintaining operational rigor and compliance. The Benefits Manager will act as a thought leader, partnering with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure benefits programs attract, reward, and retain talent effectively at scale.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the day-to-day administration of global benefits programs and ensure employees receive timely, accurate support for benefit questions, issues, escalations, claims, and appeals.
  2. Optimize our self-insured benefits footprint through rigorous, ongoing data review
  3. Own key benefits operations, including enrollments, terminations, new hire orientations, offboarding, records management, and employee lifecycle support related to benefits.
  4. Partner with external vendors and brokers to ensure strong service delivery, proactively resolve operational issues, and improve the overall employee benefits experience.
  5. Support annual renewal cycles and ongoing program administration for health and wellbeing offerings.
